These terms explain the rules for using PitchMaths. They are written in plain language on purpose. By reading or using the site you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information, not advice

Everything on PitchMaths, including predictions, probabilities, fair odds, tips, accumulators and jackpot picks, is general information produced by a statistical model. It is not financial advice, betting advice tailored to you, or an invitation to bet. You decide whether to place a bet, how much to stake and with whom, and you are responsible for that decision.

Predictions are probabilities. They can and often do lose. We make no promise about the result of any match or the return on any bet, and the past record of the model says nothing certain about the future.

Adults only

The site is meant for adults aged 18 or over. If betting is restricted where you live, or the legal age there is higher, those rules apply to you. It is your responsibility to check that betting is legal for you before you bet.

Accuracy of the data

Fixtures, results, kick-off times and odds come from outside sources and from automated processing, which can contain errors or arrive late. Tables update on their own several times a day, so a number you saw earlier may have changed. Odds shown in the tables were collected at the time stamped beside them; the bookmaker's live price may differ. Always check the price and the match details on the betting slip before you confirm a bet. We do our best to keep the data correct but cannot guarantee it is complete or free of mistakes.

PitchMaths contains affiliate links, marked as sponsored, to the bookmaker we recommend. We may receive a commission if you open an account through them. The bookmaker is a separate company: its own terms, bonus conditions and privacy policy apply to everything you do on its site, and we have no control over its service, its decisions or your account.

Using the content

The text, design and tables on PitchMaths belong to the site, except where a source is credited. You may read, share links to and quote short parts of the pages with a link back. You may not copy whole pages, republish the tables, scrape the site automatically or present the predictions as your own. Data from credited sources stays under its own licence; the list is on how our predictions are made.

Availability

We may change, move or remove pages, markets or features at any time, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. We are not liable for any loss, including betting losses, that comes from using the site or from it being unavailable, to the extent the law allows.
